Chelsea boss Graham Potter has given a short answer when asked about Cristiano Ronaldo amid the latest transfer rumours.
Manchester United star was heavily linked with the move to Stamford Bridge during the summer transfer window. However, any deal didn’t materialize.
The relationship between the United manager and Ronaldo has become even more tense as the Portuguese star was left out of the squad to face the Blues in the Premier League on Saturday.
Chelsea owner Todd Boehly is an admirer of Ronaldo, so Potter was asked whether they have discussed the attacker’s possible transfer.
The manager refused to give a clear answer, saying: “I never speak about players that aren’t Chelsea players.”
