Gary Neville has urged Cristiano Ronaldo to seal another Premier League move after he parted ways with Manchester United in November.

Man United and Ronaldo reached a mutual agreement to cut ties after the latter made some controversial claims during his interview with Piers Morgan.

Ronaldo, 37, has been linked with moves across Europe and has been strongly linked with a move to Al Nassr, which would see him remain as one of the best footballers in the world.

Chelsea are said to be keen on signing the former Manchester United forward and Neville has urged his former team-mate to remain in the Premier League or any of the top leagues in Europe.

“I hope he can find a club in the major leagues, even the Premier League,” Neville said on Sky Sports.

“I’d love for him to stay in the Premier League, a club that could have him up front and we could watch him every week.

“That’s what we want to see. We want to see him playing.”

Cristiano Ronaldo scored 24 goals las season in all competitions but only managed three goals under Erik ten Hag this season.
