Gary Neville has made a bold prediction for Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold after the defender was left out of Gareth Southgate’s England squad.
During the international break, Alexander-Arnold was at the center of attention as the defender was left out of England’s squad to face Germany and was left on the bench when the Three Lions faced Italy.
Many experts, pundits and coaches shared their opinion on the defender and him not being included in the England squad.
And Neville was another one to deliver a verdict on the young Liverpool defender.
Speaking during Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football, Neville said: “The hard part of the game he is doing. No full-back that I have ever seen in this country can do what he can do, so if he can just work on those four basic things and get those consistency elements with those things, we won’t have just one of the best attacking right-backs this country has ever produced, we’ll probably have the best right-back the world has ever produced!”
