Chelsea are ready to offload two English stars (Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Conor Gallagher) in a quest to deny Arsenal, the signature of Declan Rice.
Rice who currently is in contract with West Ham United is keen to leave the Hammers at the end of the season, with just 16 months against is name with the team.
Declan, 24 and captain of the Hammers has drawn attention to English big names which includes Manchester City, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea, all are on the look out for the English lad.
Football Insider reports that Chelsea have marked Rice to be top priority for the club during the coming summer transfer window, as the midfielder is considered strong and a perfect replacement for N’golo Kante who has become a doubt for the Blues.
The Blues are prepared to listen to offers for Gallagher and Loftus-Cheek as both midfielders have been linked with permanent moves away from Stamford Bridge since last summer, in order to accommodate Declan.
