Faiq Bolkiah has shown that money is not everything. The American joined Maritimo one year ago. Since he has rescinded the contract, he never made his debut in Portugal.

Faiq joined the club in 2020 after he had left Leicester City. He was previously a member of the Chelsea youth academy, but he has never played for them either.

He did not also play in Portugal, but he did sit on the bench in February 2021 against Sporting CP.

A 15 billion euro fortune

He is the son of prince Brunei, Jefribolkiah, and the nephew of Sultan Hassanalbolkiah.

His fortune is worth 15 billion Euros.

He was assigned to play for Maritimo’s B team this season, but he did not impact there, and his contract was canceled until next summer.

Born in Los Angeles, Brunei will continue his football career.

“I am a quick player, and I love to make things happen. He once described his playstyle as a No.10 winger.

After starting his career in England with AFC Newbury, he went on to play for Southampton, Arsenal, and Chelsea before moving to Leicester in 2016.

Fair might not have made the headlines on the pitch, despite five appearances for Brunei.

However, Fair has done well, having spent 35,000,000 euros per month owning a pet Tiger, which he shared a video of while nutmegging the animal.
