Ilkay Gundogan has been vital in Manchester City’s squad and his contract is expiring at the end of the season.
As per Fabrizio Romano, talks are ongoing between Gündogan’s camp and City over a new contract. The new proposal will be valid until June 2024 plus one year as option.
The player has neither rejected or accepted in bids until now. Barcelona remain interested in signing Gundogan.
