Chelsea have signed Zak Sturge from Brighton, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The 18-year-old left the Seagulls this summer as a free agent. The Blues monitored him for a long time but could not complete his move, as they were under sanctions due to ownership issues.
Sturge is a highly-rated wing-back who also plays for the England U18 team.
