Eddie Howe has raved about Manchester United’s three midfielders ahead of Sunday’s clash.
The two sides will face each other in the Premier League matchday 11 on October 16, 2022. Ahead of the game, Howe has met the media to share the latest team news.
The manager opened up on the rival team, claiming that United have “outstanding players”. He particularly praised the midfield trio Casemiro, Bruno Fernandes and Christian Eriksen.
“Technically they are excellent players, they’re very creative,” Howe said, via MEN.
“So for us going into this game we know that’s a huge part of their team. But it’s not just those players, you look further forward, they’ve got world class players in every position so we’re under no illusions that it’s a very difficult task for us,” he added.
The Red Devils are sitting in 5th place in the domestic league, while the opponents are in 6th place, just one point behind.
