Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has commented on the possibility of signing Marcel Sabitzer on a permanent basis.
Ahead of their Premier League match against Bournemouth, the Red Devils’ boss stated that their main focus is on the upcoming game and not on Sabitzer’s future.
“We will see but it’s not our main focus, the main focus is Bournemouth,” he said in the pre-match press conference.
Sabitzer joined United on loan from Bayern Munich until the end of the 2022/23 season. Currently, the club are battling to secure their place in the top four of the league standings.
United are currently in fourth position with 66 points, with Liverpool closely behind in fifth place, trailing by just one point, although Ten Hag’s side have a game in hand.
