Ederson has sent a warning message to Manchester City teammates, admitting it won’t be easy to beat RB Leipzig.
The Citizens are set to face their rivals in the Champions League Round of 16 in midweek. Pep Guardiola’s side will be hoping to continue their impressive run in the European top tier and fight for the desired title until the end of the season.
Ahead of the meeting, Ederson shared his honest thoughts on RB Leipzig, claiming he expects a challenging game between the two sides.
“A good team, good players; we have to be prepared. I hope we play well, but it won’t be easy because the Champions League doesn’t have easy games,” the City goalkeeper told UEFA.com.
“I’m expecting a challenge, and hoping we play well and get a good result to carry on with,” he added.
