Golden State forward Draymond Green was happy for former teammate Gary Payton II, who received the first big contract of his career this summer.
Gary has moved to Portland Trail Blazers and will receive $28 million over three years.

By the age of 29, Gary hasn’t stopped working hard. Work, work, work. Sorry to see Payton go, but I’m glad he got the money he deserved. Checked out his Wikipedia page a few days ago, saw the number of his moves and teams… he never gave up.
