Diego Costa has spoken out on his Wolves announcement video after filming with actual wolves.
Costa has signed for Wolverhampton Wanderers FC until the end of the 2022–23 season. The 33-year-old returns to Premier League after five years.
The forward has played for Chelsea from 2014 to 2017. He has won two Premier League titles with the Blues, made 120 appearances in which he has scored 59 goals and provided 23 assists.
After joining Wolves, Costa spoke out on his announcement video.
“Those were wolves, not dogs,” said Costa on filming with wolves for his Wolverhampton announcement.
“It was a cool experience but not a very comfortable one. I have five dogs, but they’re not wolves!”
