David Moyes has spoken out on Declan Rice’s return to West Ham ahead of EFL Cup clash.

Declan Rice, who joined the Gunners in the summer, is set to face his old side in the Carabao Cup clash. This will be the first time of Rice facing his former side following his move.
“I hope we’ll see Declan back,” said Moyes when speaking of Rice.
“This is the man who lifted the first European trophy in 50 years at West Ham. He should be welcomed back with open arms.
“He was a brilliant member of the team and conducted himself impeccably as a West Ham captain. I’m really looking forward to seeing him, I’ve not seen him since he left.
“I’m not sure I want him to play! But I hope he is there.”
The game is scheduled to kick off at 7: 30pm UK time.
