Ronaldo returned to the Red Devils’ squad after being left out for the game against Chelsea last weekend after he refused to come on as a substitute in the game against Tottenham on Wednesday.

United celebrated a 3-0 victory over Sheriff as Diogo Dalot, Marcus Rashford and Ronaldo scored.

Following the game, the Portuguese star took to Twitter and wrote: “Great team effort and a good victory. We stand together. Let’s go, United!”
