Napoli’s director has made clear statements on the transfer rumors linking them to Cristiano Ronaldo.
With the January transfer window fast approaching, Cristiano Ronaldo has been linked once more with a Manchester United exit but this time for a mor concrete reason.
Ronaldo’s action during the Tottenham match saw him absent from the team that faced Chelsea but with the Manager’s decision he is back ahead of their Europa League game.
Unlike the last summer, Several clubs may now push to land the Portuguese as it appears United will now sanction his departure.
The latest rumor is him heading to Napoli by January but it seems otherwise after Napoli’s Director, Giuntoli was quizzed by Dazn on the links with Ronaldo.
“Ronaldo in January? We won’t sign any player in January. We don’t need to change anything in this team,” Giuntoli said of the Portuguese.
“We’re doing great and we’re not planning any signing, as of today”.
Manchester United in the last summer refused selling Ronaldo but with the situation of things turned bad between both parties, it’s now likely he would be leaving.
