Manchester United are expected to be in Premier League action on three occasions in January after dates for their matches have been revealed.

Man United will continue their hunt for a place in the Champions League next season in January and will come against two of the orthodox top-six sides.

Three days into the new year, Manchester United will host Bournemouth at Old Trafford and that will be the first time both teams are meeting in the league this season.

Two weeks into January, the Red Devils will welcome Manchester City at the Theatre of Dreams and will look to right their wrong against Pep Guardiola’s men, who thrashed United 6-2 in the reverse fixture.

Into the third week of January, Manchester United will take a trip to the Emirates Stadium to face Arsenal in what is obviously a tricky game for both sides. United won the reverse fixture 3-1 but the Gunners’ performance was brilliant, hence they will look to revenge the defeat against Erik ten Hag’s side.

Confirmed Manchester United Premier League fixtures in January

Tuesday 3rd: Manchester United vs Bournemouth
Time: 20:00 GMT

Saturday 14th: Manchester United vs Manchester City
Time: 12:30 GMT

Sunday 22nd: Arsenal vs Manchester United
TIME: 16:30 GMT

It’s important to know that the date for the Manchester derby could change due to both teams’ involvement in the Carabao Cup.

Manchester United will host Burnley at Old Trafford after the World Cup in December while Manchester City will welcome Liverpool at the Etihad Stadium.

A win for either United or City in the Carabao Cup fourth round would see the league derby date change and the new date will be made official.
