Chelsea wants to buy Manchester City defender Nathan Ake.
According to Football London, the London club is set to make a formal transfer offer of £30m for the 27-year-old player.
This offer is unlikely to suit Manchester City. Manchester Evening News writes that Chelsea will have to offer more than £50m for Ake for Man City to consider selling the player. Furthermore, the Man City will not let Nathan go unless they find a replacement for him.
It will be recalled that the player moved to Man City in 2020. “Bournemouth paid £41m for him.
Ake took part in 27 Man City games last season in all competitions and scored 3 goals.
