The Blues are reportedly to include Mason Mount in their bid to keep Joao Felix parmanent at the Stamford Bridge.
Mount, an academy graduate of Chelsea, was played a crucial role in the success campaign of the Blue’s second champions league trophy in 2021.
Mount in 190 appearances in the Blues color, has been involved in 71 goals, scoring 33 times and providing assist for team mates 37 other times.
The 24 year old is not really having a good campaign under Chelsea current Boss, Graham Potter as his time in action is really on the decline.
The English international wishes to remain at the West London team to fight for his place, but with contract of 17 months, talks of negotiating a new contract is stalled as the Blues want to trade him in the their deal with Atlectico Madrid.
Felix, who arrived Chelsea in January on loan, has made 3 appearances, and seems to be having a better time than he had at the Wanda Metropolitano Under Diego Simeone.
His loan spell is under speculations to become parmanent, with the English side ready to trade Mason Mount in order to cut the cost of 110m asking price of the Spanish side.
