Chelsea have received a boost in their trials to sign Portuguese star Rafael Leao.
The 23-year-old has been heavily linked with the move to Stamford Bridge for the upcoming transfer windows.
Chelsea have already made a €70M offer, which was rejected by AC Milan. The latter want a full €150M release clause for selling their star.
According to sports journalist Florian Plettenberg, Leao has now refused to sign a new deal with AC Milan. His current deal with the Serie A side expires in the summer of 2024.
