Former Manchester United captain Gary Neville has taken to the opinion that Graham Potter is not done at Chelsea and needs time for his job.

Potter was backed with close to £300million
for the January transfer windows by Todd Boehly led ownership group taking the tally to above £600milliom for the season.

Despite the big spending made by the North London club, there is little or nothing to show for it, as the Blues has won just 2 in her last 14 outings.

Despite losing to bottom placed Southampton in the league on Saturday, ex English defender, Gary Neville still has hope in Graham Potter and says the former Swansea and Brighton boss only needs time to manifest at the club.

Gary has linked the short comings of the Chelsea Boss to be as a result of pressure. Having spent so much, the pressure for immediate result as Gary said is telling on the manager which will eventually die down.

Chelsea at the time sit on the 10th position in the league after 23 games, scoring 23 goals and conceeding 23 goals equally leaving them with 0 goals on goal difference.

Gary went on to say that Chelsea needs to offload some names from the squad depth so as to have just names who are fit and ready to do the job.
