Chelsea are looking to fend off chase from Real Madrid and other teams as they push to land Palmeiras star.
Already tagged ‘the new Neymar,’ 16-year-old Endrick has already netted 3 goals in 6 games for his side, channeling more attention to his services.
Chelsea will have to battle severe contest from other top flight teams including Real Madrid who have long been front runners in the pursuit for Endrick.
Blues aren’t relenting on the chase as they have already moved on to invite the player’s parents to Cobham in the past recent weeks.
Star Defender, Thiago Silva is also believed to be a key partaker in the attempt to lure Endrick to the club after having met the youngster in person.
In order to fasten the deal, Chelsea has according to Fabrizio Romano promised to hand the 16-year-old first team place immediately he arrives Chelsea.
However, the player can’t move to any club in Europe until after he has turned 18 which would mean the Blues will have to wait one more year.
The West Londoners are hopeful by then Endrick must have gained more experience and place in the Palmeiras team.
On the player’s side, it’s believed that his parents consider development as a key factor in choosing where their son heads to next aside the fact that the club must cough out his €60million price tag already set by the club.
In order not to hinder any deal, the Brazilian team are open to seeing the deal have addons so as to meet the price tag of €60million
Speaking on the player’s future, his Dad said: ‘There’s nothing decided for Real Madrid or any other club. We’ve no preference yet.
‘We’ll decide in the next months, the club that will pay what Palmeiras want and show us the best technical project for Endrick, will sign the boy.’
