The English manager is yet to find his foot again at Stamford Bridge after an impressive run following the early days of his arrival.
Chelsea have slumped to one of their worst displays of all times and according to a former Chelsea player, the side need to keep their heads up.
Blues suffered a consecutive defeat to Manchester City as the Etihad side struck them out of the FA Cup after striking them to the 10th position on the Premier League few days before.
With calls for his sack gradually taking a rise, Graham Potter has been assured by the Board that he is still the man and still has all the time he needs to turn things around at Stamford Bridge.
However, according to Frank Leboeuf, Potter needs to sit up or risk losing his job as the former Chelsea man suggested Potter also emulates Tuchel’s approach.
“Tuchel won’t stick to one tactics if it isn’t working for him, he changes them constantly,” Frank said.
“It’s sad that things are going this way at the club but they just have to fight now, because they risk firing another manager no matter how much time the Management says he still has.
“Chelsea have good players, they just need that fighting spirit, cause clearly they are all demotivated.”
