Chelsea will be in action for their next Premier League clash on Saturday against Manchester United.
The Blues are currently sitting in 4th place in the league table, seven points behind the leaders Arsenal.
Graham Potter’s side played a goalless draw with Brentford in the midweek and will be hoping to have a successful result when they face the Red Devils on October 22.
The club will be without four players due to fitness issues. Two of them, Reece James and N’Golo Kante are set to be long-term absentees and miss the upcoming World Cup 2022 in Qatar.
Speaking about the duo, Potter said in the pre-match conference: “They are human beings. The reality is, I’ve got nothing to say that will make it any better for them [missing World Cup]. You have to focus on the things you can control, rehab, go day to day.”
N’Golo Kante: Thigh Injury
