The Blues are believed to be on the hunt for a new forward this summer, but are facing financial constraints due to fair play regulations, as well as a shortage of potentially available world-class number nines.
Despite having spent an astonishing £600 million on transfers, Chelsea still finds itself without a prolific striker, which has led to the club turning its attention to Mane as a solution to its current crisis. The Senegalese international is said to be on the radar of the West London club following a difficult season at Bayern Munich, which is expected to end with a summer transfer.
