Chelsea may be in the running for Bayern striker Robert Lewandowski.
Lewandowski’s contract with Bayern expires only in the summer of 2023, but Robert has told his club that he intends to leave in the next transfer window.
According to The Guardian, Lewandowski wants to try himself in Spain and has already verbally agreed on a three-year contract with Barcelona.
However, Bayern is unwilling to let go of their scorer and certainly won’t let him go cheap. Therefore, “Barcelona”, given the difficult financial situation at the “Nou Camp”, it will be difficult to pull the purchase of a 33-year-old Pole.
Despite Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea interest since last summer, Robert Lewandowski’s priority is only Barcelona as things stand. ??? #FCB

If Lewandowski’s move to Barcelona falls through, it could open the door for Chelsea, who the publication claims are monitoring the situation around Robert.
Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel is a huge fan of Lewandowski, who scored 343 goals since his move to Bayern in 2014.
