Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher have argued over Cristiano Ronaldo.
After it was revealed that the forward had asked Manchester United’s management to sell him if a decent offer came in, the former Liverpool defender wrote: “Ronaldo scored goals but made MU weaker, as I expected.”
Neville responded to those words, “I get it, you have a very high opinion of yourself, but Ronaldo can say no to Man City for United because he likes that club better and still wants to leave this summer. He’s left Man United before but has retained his love for the club. Enjoy a good evening and a short period of his success.”
Carragher wrote: “Man City didn’t want him. And you, clown, are the same guy who said his move was like Elvis coming to Manchester! But Elvis has already left.”
