Former Brazilian star Cafu has opened up on Trent Alexander-Arnold, claiming the Liverpool man has the whole package as a top defender.
Trent is currently on international duty with England national team in the World Cup 2022. The defender has found his playing time limited despite being called up for duty.
Cafu has now questioned the national head coach Gareth Southgate’s decision of benching the Reds’ player.
“I don’t understand why [he isn’t playing]. He’s the full package: he has quality, dribbling skills, and pace. But it’s always the same thing,” he said, via Liverpool Echo.
