Arsenal faced Liverpool on Saturday in the Premier League and played a 1-1 draw.

The Gunners continue to lead the league table, while the Reds are second with 39 points, one point behind.

Gabriel Magalhaes opened the scoring, while Mohamed Salah equalised in the first-half.

Following the game, Saka has apologised for breaking the collarbone of Liverpool star Kostas Tsimikas.

Tsimikas was forced off after a collision with Jurgen Klopp following a battle for the ball with Saka in the first half. He was taken to hospital with an injury.

Speaking on the injury, Saka told Sky Sports: “I’ve heard he’s gone to hospital so I want to apologise to him.

“I didn’t mean it, of course. For me it was just a 50-50 and I’ve gone shoulder to shoulder with him.

“I didn’t see but he must have taken a bad fall, I didn’t see that he went into Jurgen Klopp either. I was focussed on running forward because I didn’t think it was a foul.”
