Bruno Fernandes has spoken out on Cristiano Ronaldo’s situation following Manchester United’s draw with Chelsea on Saturday.
United faced the Blues in the Premier League on Saturday, October 22, and played a 1-1 draw as Jorginho got on the scoresheet for Graham Potter’s side, while Casemiro scored for the Red Devils.
Prior to the game, it was confirmed that Ronaldo will not be part of the United squad after he refused to come on as a substitute in the game against Tottenham on Wednesday.
“We don’t talk about that, we keep it quiet inside,” Fernandes told Sky Sports, when asked how the Red Devils’ players had reacted to Ronaldo’s situation.
“We have to deal with that inside and nobody else has to know what we think, or what we want, or what will happen because also we don’t know.
“So the most important thing for everyone, including Cristiano, is the team wins and I’m pretty sure of that.”
