Brendan Rodgers speaks on James Maddison not being selected for the England squad.
Maddison formed a double during Leicester City’s 4-0 victory over Nottingham Forst on Monday.
Following the game, Fox’s manager was asked to share his opinion on Maddison not being included in the Three Lions squad.
The Leicester star has only one appearance for England and Rogers thinks that Maddison should be in the squad for the World Cup.
“It’s such a shame, I think for the country and for James himself. You see his talent and his performance level in the last 18 months, there’s only Harry Kane who’s created and scored more goals than him,” said Rogers.
