Aston Villa have provided an injury update on Diego Carlos following a 2-1 victory over Everton on Saturday, August 14 in the Premier League.
Carlos suffered the injury during the win on Saturday.
Villa have confirmed that the 29-year-old has ruptured his Achilles’ tendon and will require surgery.
