Arsenal are really active in the transfer market as they’ve been linked to quite a number of players to strengthen their squad.
In their pursuit of squad enhancement ahead of the upcoming season, Arsenal Football Club has set their sights on securing the services of talented midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni from Real Madrid. The Gunners, currently active in the summer transfer market, are particularly keen to reinforce their midfield options.
The North London giants have been long-time admirers of the French international, and sources indicate that negotiations may be in progress. Speculation is rife that Tchouameni could soon be donning the iconic red and white jersey, should Arsenal fail to secure alternative targets, namely Moises Caicedo from Brighton or Southampton’s promising talent, Romeo Lavia.
According to reliable football insiders at Football Transfer Reveal, Real Madrid President Florentino Perez views Tchouameni as a pivotal figure for the upcoming campaign. It is understood that Perez has urged manager Carlo Ancelotti to provide the young midfielder with increased playing time in the forthcoming season. Evidently holding Tchouameni in high regard, Perez draws comparisons to the illustrious Casemiro and is reportedly unwilling to entertain offers below the €100 million mark, which Real Madrid spent to acquire the player from AS Monaco just last year.
However, Real Madrid’s pursuit of Tchouameni could be influenced if Paris Saint-Germain reconsiders their valuation of the exceptional Kylian Mbappe. A possible reduction in the price tag to approximately €150 million could potentially expedite a deal, prompting Los Blancos to raise funds by offloading players.
