Armando Borja has revealed Ben Chilwell has helped him a lot after suffering an ACL injury.
The Blues’ attacker ruptured an anterior cruciate ligament during the club’s friendly clash with Aston Villa. As things stand, he will miss the rest of the season and return back to action only for the next season.
In an exclusive interview with Chelsea’s official website, Broja has now opened up on the hardships he had on his way. He admitted his teammate Ben Chilwell has been there to help him overcome the difficulties.
“Ben Chilwell has helped me out massively. He has spoken to me from the moment it happened until now. He’s been through it. He knows exactly how it feels, the pressure, the mental side of things,” the forward said.
