Liverpool faced Tottenham on Saturday and suffered a 2-1 defeat. The game was full drama from disallowed goal to two red cards for the Reds and Cody Gakpo’s injury following an equaliser.
As the Reds prepare for their next fixture, an update has emerged on Gakpo.
According to Rik Elfrink, Gakpo is expected to be out for several weeks. However, if all goes well, he might be sidelined for a few weeks.
The Reds next game will be against Union Saint-Gilloise on Thursday, October 5 in the Europa League group stage.
