Alexander Djiku has spoken out ahead of their game against Egypt in AFCON 2023.

Ghana kicked off their Africa Cup of Nations 2023 campaign with a defeat against Cape Verde.

They are now preparing to face Egypt and will need to bounce back from the defeat in the first game.

Currently, Ghana are 4th in their group with 0 points.

Meanwhile, Egypt faced Mozambique in the first group stage game and played a 1-1 draw.

Ghana face Egypt on Thursday, January 18, 2024.

Speaking ahead of the game, Djiku said: “It’s so difficult but we need to do more.

”We need to be more aggressive, we need to play more, we need to create more chances and we need to also score.We have another game and we need to win that one.”
