The summer transfer window is underway and Al Hilal have shown an interest in Bernardo Silva. Silva is under contract at City until 2025.
The midfielder has also previously been linked with a move to Barcelona.
According to James Benge, the Saudi side have informed the Premier League champions that they are ready to pay €70M for Silva.
City have already said goodbye to Ilkay Gundogan who joined Barcelona, and have welcomed Mateo Kovacic from Chelsea this summer transfer window.
