Gabriel Martinelli has been called up to Brazil squad for the World Cup 2022 as the 26-man list was announced on Monday.
Martinelli, along with his Arsenal teammate Gabriel Jesus, were included in the 26-man list.
Brazil will face Serbia for their group stage opener in Qatar 2022 on November 24. Tite’s side are in the same group with Serbia, Switzerland and Cameroon.
Following the call-up, the Arsenal star took to Twitter and wrote: “Never give up your dreams. A proud moment for me and my family, as I have the chance to represent my country in a World Cup. QATAR 2022!!”
