West Ham welcome West Brom to the London Stadium for a match where both teams will be confident having collected three points last time out.

Out of the last five games against teams in the bottom half of the table, West Brom have drawn four and won just once. Tony Pulis has no plan B, C or D with his players, especially away from home, relying on putting men behind the ball before setting off on the counter.

One thing that that is for sure with West Brom is that they try their hardest to give nothing away. On this basis, even though West Ham are likely to adopt an attacking style, the visitors are likely to be very hard to break down.

West Ham are a team who’ve been hard to predict this season. However, they’ve started to perform better recently. The Hammers have proved they can still be a threat without Payet and are starting to give less away defensively. Naturally, they like to play an attacking game at home, but aren’t likely to be afforded any space in behind and will need to be right at it find their way past what will almost certainly be a deep-lying rearguard.

When all is said and done in this one, it won’t be a surprise if this pair walk off the pitch with a share of the spoils, and, at odds of 12/5, it is the draw that appeals most.
