Valencia – Barcelona. Konstantin Genich’s prediction
The Bookmaker Ratings pundit and football commentator on the Russian Match TV channel Konstantin Genich considers both teams to score in the upcoming La Liga match between Valencia and Barcelona.
This is a main game of the La Liga day. Valencia have changed their manager: Gary Neville has took over the place of Nuno Espirito Santo. But his debut will be against Lyon in Champions League, so we’ll see just his brother Phil. It’s hard to predict what will all this changes come into. In one hand it’s easy to predict games against Barcelona, because you can surely bet on Barcelona’s goals. But against Valencia who are over motivated even with the abcense of their two key players, Javi Fuego and Joao Cancelo, Barcelona must be ready for a serious battle.
For sure Valencia have a chance to lose, may be to lose with huge goal difference. But with all this I think that Valencia will score. They are playing at home in the face of their fans. After the awkward game against Sevilla when Valencia couldn’t even shoot on goal or get the corner, they will try to play in aggressive style. Paco Alcacer, Negredo (if he is fully fit) and Dany Parejo must lead the team. And for sure we can expect goals from Barcelona, no doubts about that.
So my prediction is very simple – both teams to score for 1.70.
