Uruguay – Peru. Konstantin Genich’s prediction
Uruguay were extremely good against Brazil, especially after the break. They were down 0:2, but then levelled the scoreline and could even win the game.
Now they need a win against Peru at home. They can’t afford to lose points now. Uruguay are solid at home: they have had two games and won both of them (3:0, 3:0). So we can try to back them to win with a handicap.
Peru have already had two away defeats and this is not the team that will qualify to the World Cup. They were third at Copa America, but now their team is weaker than many of opponents in CONMEBOL. I don’t think that Peru can cause any problems to Uruguay.
So we go for Uruguay win with -1 goal handicap.
