In addition, the Swedes have individual players with the power to control the match, while the Slovaks depend much more on the team as a whole as they have no star player.

The Swedes showed that when forced to defend, they can step up the plate and they did a great job against the Spaniards, just as the Slovaks did when the match against Poland required.
