Swansea v Leicester Betting Tips: Both teams to enjoy attacking success at the Liberty

Feb 11 2017

Recently, Claudio Ranieri’s side have had little reason for optimism; however, their cup game against Derby (which they won 3-1 in extra time) provided The Foxes with a few reasons to be upbeat. Riyad Mahrez, who came off the bench, played his best football since the start of the campaign and is finally bringing back the performances that saw him do so well last season. Perhaps he is only doing this to put himself on the transfer market come the summer, but, either way, it can only benefit Leicester in their quest to stay in the Premier League.

January signing Wilfred Ndidi once again showed how good he is, Marc Albrighton worked his socks off and Demarai Gray dazzled. Fair enough, they played against a Championship side (not a full strength one at that) but they did start to impress nonetheless.

Overall, The Foxes attack has certainly improved and this should help them in the next couple of months. Unfortunately for them though, defence is still a problem. Ndidi is not Kante and central defenders Huth and Morgan continue to make mistakes.

Swansea have been fantastic since the dismissal of American Bob Bradley with Gylfi Sigurdsson playing sensational football, while the doom and gloom that was surrounding the club has seemingly faded. New signing Tom Carroll has been putting in some impressive performances and centre-forward Llorente looks a real handful at times.

Both Leicester and Swansea have shown themselves to be capable forward-thinking sides on their day, but they remain very un-secure at the back. ‘Both Teams to Score’, at odds of 4/5, is the only bet to go for ahead of Sunday’s match.
