With these squad problems, I think Villarreal have a good chance to take advantage, against a side who already face an uphill task. Sparta need to score, and Villarreal will have sufficient capacity to carry out dangerous counterattacks. The odds on them scoring 2+ are 1.99. Perhaps then it is better to enhance the odds and bet on Villarreal to win with over 1.5 goals in the match at 2.5. This looks the best bet.
There’s also the slightly riskier option – Villarreal to win and over 2.5 goals in the match. Sparta are likely to score a goal, too. Villarreal’s two central defenders – Musacchio and Bonera – are injured. Although Villarreal did manage to win 2-0 against Getafe even without them, but Bailly, despite being very talented, is not too tactically versatile yet.
