Just as Paris Saint-Germain failed to get out of the blocks against Angers, they will find an equally, if not perhaps tougher test against Nice. Claude Puel’s men can hold their own in defence, while PSG are lacking creativity. Laurent Blanc’s confirmed Javier Pastore is still working on regaining full fitness, while Blaise Matuidi and Marco Verratti are doubts.
