Mordovia – Terek. Konstantin Genich’s prediction
Mordovia are playing home against Terek. The players at the Chechen club must be tired after partying to celebrate the fact that they hammered Zenit 4-1. They must be tired both physically and emotionally. Terek were playing a physical game at a high tempo. It will be psychologically difficult for them to regain their balance. Terek’s manager Rashid Rakhimov will find it a difficult task to cut his team down to size. Mordovia are a challenging opponent that are good in attack. They’ve got to win as many points as possible to climb out of the relegation zone. Mordovia are good on their home turf. The turf is artificial and Mordovia are more familiar with that kind of surface than Terek are. My guess is that Mordovia won’t lose. I’m betting on a double chance – Mordovia and a draw. The odds are 1.66 at Ladbrokes.
