Millwall once again host a Premier League side in the FA Cup and will be hopeful of taking yet another top flight scalp given Leicester’s recent poor form.

The home side have been on a fantastic run with no losses in their last 12 matches in all competitions, stretching back to 17th December 2016. This means that, as well as being in the 5th round of the FA Cup, Millwall have pushed themselves right into the play-off mix in League One and currently sit 6th.

Neil Harris’s side have been fantastic at the back in recent weeks and have not conceded a goal in any of their last six games. They may not be the best up front but their defence is good enough for the Lions to score just the one or two goals in order to secure victories.

Another string to Millwall’s bow is their incredible home form which has seen them not lose in their last eight matches at The Den, failing to win just one of them and keeping six clean sheets in the process.

If the Lions keep up this sort of form, they could quite easily come out on top in this match.

Last season’s Premier League champions Leicester City are having a nightmare in this campaign and currently sit just one point above the relegation zone.

The Foxes were excellent in both departments last season but this season they have collapsed in both attack and defence. They have not kept a clean sheet in any competition since 2nd January whilst they have also failed to score a Premier League goal in their last six outings.

Leicester were never the best team on their travels but this year they have taken it down to another level and are still yet to register a Premier League victory away from the King Power this season. Their FA Cup victory away at Everton in Round Three was their only domestic away win since April 2016.

With the Foxes in such poor form and manager Claudio Ranieri constantly admitting that the FA Cup is a bit of an inconvenience this season, I can very much see Millwall pulling off another result here and am certainly backing them at 15/8.
