Foxes winless in three
After a crushing 3-0 home defeat to Chelsea last Saturday, Leicester got back to winning ways in the Europa League versus Legia Warsaw which should restore some confidence.
James Maddison who has made two substitute appearances in the league since returning from injury also started against Legia and scored before coming off on 62 minutes. This could see him primed to start this one and possibly help chip in with some well needed goals.
This looks to be a tough test for Leicester as Watford will be buoyant after their win last week, but Leicester will need to beat the likes of Watford to ensure they don’t fall too far off the pace.
On returning as a Hornet…
?? “The PL win will be in my heart all my life, but I’m here to write new things with Watford. I’m very honest, it will be big emotion in the beginning and after the match, but during the match I’m an opponent and will try to do my best.” pic.twitter.com/rzOXGl8B9i

Watford strike the final blow
In an unbelievable game at Vicarage Road last Saturday, Watford defeated Manchester United 4-1 which led to the sacking of United head coach, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Claudio Ranieri, who returns to the King Power where he miraculously guided Leicester to the 2015/16 Premier League trophy, should be quietly confident of getting a result here. In his six games against Leicester, he has gained 13 points from a possible 18.
Wingers Ismaila Saar, Emmanuel Dennis and striker Josh King were all on the scoresheet versus United, and similar will be needed if they are to come away from Leicester with any points.
Leicester City vs Watford predictions
This game should see plenty of goals. Leicester have never allowed Watford a clean sheet in the top-flight, Leicester games average over three goals per game and over 2.5 goals comes in two-thirds of the time. Due to this we predict over 2.5 goals in the match.
Watford will also be on the highest of highs after their win last week and while an actual result might be hard to predict, we believe they will have enough firepower to score – as will Leicester – therefore we predict that both teams will score.
