Lazio – AS Roma. Tancredi Palmeri’s prediction

It will be the game between Lazio and AS Roma with the lowest attendance ever, due to the parallel strike of both fans. And actually the atmosphere on the stand had always been the thing making the Derby del Cupolone famous everywhere in the world.

The game is nevertheless affected by this factor. AS Roma with eight wins and one draw in the last nine games and a confidence boosting them everywhere; Lazio instead can’t even process the word confidence at the moment. For the biancazzurri this is literally the last game counting anything in the season: they are out from everything, and too far from any target or danger. This should motivate them more, but in fact it is putting a choking pressure that makes them fear any possible mistake, which is possibly the worst condition for any kind of performance.

That is adding to the fact the Spalletti got full squad (not XI – squad!) available, while Pioli can’t count to four of his starting XI. It probably won’t be such an entertaining game, it might be the last one for Totti – not starting – it surely will be an incredible pain for Lazio to cope on the wings with what El Shaarawy and Salah will do, it possible won’t be enough what Candreva will produce for them against Digne, still anyway their best option.
