Both teams are facing the relegation battle this season. Granada need just one point to leave the danger zone, while Espanyol are five points above them thanks to three wins in their last four games. Now Espanyol players can finally relax a little.
Granada have better chances to win here because they improved a lot with their new manager Jose Manuel. The Andalusian team got two wins with him already. Then it was a lovely game against Betis where Granada conceded just on the 85th minute and missed on a draw. Now it’s the fourth game under Jose Manuel for Granada. They are playing at home and the opponent is not so strong. It’s a good chance to leave the relegation zone.
