Toffees firing blanks
Former Liverpool manager, Rafa Benitez experiences his first Merseyside Derby on the blue side of Liverpool with his Everton side on a winless streak longer than just two other teams.
Everton have not scored a goal in their last three Premier League games, their last coming courtesy of Alex Iwobi in a 2-1 away defeat on 1 November.
Richarlison should be back from suspension, but Everton are clearly missing England international forward, Dominic Calvert-Lewin who has been injured since the end of August.
Jürgen Klopp is hopeful Joe Gomez and Naby Keita can return to training next week as he offered an update on the condition of his squad ?

Ten out of ten
Since a 20-game unbeaten streak was ended by West Ham in early November, Liverpool have proven this was just a mere blip in their quest to regain the Premier League title.
In their 4-0 win over Southampton on Saturday neither Mohamed Salah nor Sadio Mane got on the scoresheet which is a rarity. Instead Diogo Jota helped himself to a brace to move up to seven Premier League goals, tied with Mane.
With Salah at the top of the goals chart with 11, Liverpool’s three strikers are all within the top four scorers in the league.
Everton vs Liverpool predictions
With Everton on the worst form in the whole league and Liverpool blowing teams away it is difficult to forecast anything but a Liverpool win.
However, taking everything into consideration, the 2/5 price on Liverpool doesn’t represent great value for an away win against their city rivals. We recommend taking the 13/10 price instead on Liverpool to win to nil considering Everton’s inability of late to hit the back of the net.
Given how balanced out Liverpool’s goals are in the first half compared to the second half overall and also away from home (Ten first half goals, 11 second half goals) we recommend backing Liverpool to score in both halves.
